The following Terms of Use, Conditions, and Privacy numbered 6 to 12 apply to our LSAT Prep Course:
6. LawHub Advantage
To help improve students’ performance on the LSAT, we have built our LSAT Prep Course curriculum based on real LSAT questions and past LSAT exams administered by the LSAC. As such, to benefit most from our LSAT Prep Course, it is strongly recommended to have an active LawHub Advantage subscription. You can purchase LawHub Advantage directly from LSAC.
7. Lecture Recording
Lecture recordings are not available for any of our LSAT prep courses. In order for you to gain the most value from our LSAT Prep Course, we highly encourage and recommend live attendance.
8. Retake Policies – LSAT Prep Course
You are permitted to retake our LSAT Prep Course one-time for free. If you retake our course, you will be required to have an active LawHub Advantage account. Students who wish to retake our course must inform us via email info@legallybright.ca as soon as possible.
9. Wait List Policies – LSAT Prep Course
If the LSAT Prep Course for which you are registering is full, you can be placed on the “waitlist” and as soon as a position opens up you will be enrolled in the course. If we are unable to enroll you in the course for which you are attempting to register and if you are unable to register for another one of our LSAT Prep Courses, then your payment (if received) will be refunded in full.
10. Class Cancellation Policies – LSAT Prep Course
Each of our LAST prep courses must meet a minimum number of student enrollments in order for us to hold the classes as per their scheduled times. If the course for which you are registering does not meet the minimum enrollments by the required registration deadline or earlier, we will offer you a full-refund or the option to be enrolled in an alternative course that meets the minimum enrollment requirement. Unless there is an emergency, students will be notified of any LSAT Prep Course class cancelations at least 1 week prior to the start of LSAT Prep Course.
11. Refund Policies – LSAT Prep Course
If you wish to withdraw from our LSAT Prep Course, we can issue you a full refund so long as you give us a notice of withdrawal at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of your scheduled classes. If you notify us in less than two (2) weeks before the start of your scheduled classes, then we will refund the tuition minus $60.00 registration fee. Notice of cancelation must be emailed to: info@legallybright.ca. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue any tuition refunds once your scheduled classes start.
12. No LSAT Score Improvement Guarantees
Improving your LSAT score will depend on your effort and practice outside of the LSAT Prep Course. You acknowledge and agree that by enrolling or completing our LSAT Prep Course, there are no guarantees of any LSAT score improvement or your admission to any law school. However, we will make every effort to help you boost your LSAT score and receive admission from a law school.
The following Terms of Use, Conditions, and Privacy numbered 13 to 15 apply to our Admissions Consulting and Editing:
13. Admissions Consulting and Editing – Quality of Services
The Admissions Consulting and Editing may include: 1) theme development; 2) content editing; 3) proofreading; 4) structural editing; and/or 5) final polishing (collectively, the “Editing and Review Services”). The depth of Editing and Review Services will be tailored to the quality of your initial drafts. You may require all or some of the Editing and Review Services. As such, you agree that not every Editing and Review Services may be delivered to you.
The quality of the Editing and Review Services is contingent upon the timing of your meeting with the Admissions Consultant and delivery of initial draft(s). Timely engagement with your assigned Admissions Consultant allows for comprehensive editing and review. The earlier the meeting, the more time available for our thorough assistance. Similarly, the earlier the Admissions Consultant is provided with the first or subsequent draft(s) of your law school application(s), personal statement(s), optional essay(s), and/or other relevant documents, the higher the quality of the Editing and Review Services may be.
We cannot assure the quality of Editing and Review Services for law school application(s), personal statement(s), optional essay(s), and/or other relevant documents submitted to the Admissions Consultant within 3 days of the law school application deadline.
Further, if your law school application(s), personal statement(s), optional essays(s), and/or other relevant documents are edited and reviewed by our Admissions Consultants such as a law student graduate or lawyer/attorney, or any other suitable person from Legally Bright Inc., you agree and acknowledge that such persons are not definitive authorities, and/or members of the law school admissions board and do not work with the admissions offices of the relevant schools. The information, feedback, edits, or changes that they suggest on your law school application(s), personal statement(s), optional essay(s), and/or other relevant documents is based on their experience only. They cannot evaluate your chances of acceptance to a certain law school. They are not responsible for the effectiveness of the advice, information, feedback, edits, or changes that they may offer to you.
14. Admissions Consulting and Editing – Turnaround Time
We will make every effort to deliver our Editing and Review Services within 1 week of the Admission Consultant receiving your law school application(s), personal statement(s), optional essay(s), and/or other relevant documents. Our Admissions Consultant will communicate with you in the event that we are unable to deliver within 1 week.
15. Refund Policies – Admissions Consulting and Editing
You are eligible for a full-refund on your purchase any time before meeting with your assigned Admissions Consultant for the initial consultation, brainstorming, or outlining session. Refund requests after meeting with the assigned Admissions Consultant will be issued minus $60.00 registration fee. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue any refunds once the Admissions Consultant is provided with your personal statement(s), law school application(s), optional essay(s), and/or any other materials for editing and review.
Request for refunds must be emailed to: info@legallybright.ca.
Any violation of the above Terms of Use, Conditions and Privacy can result in a legal proceeding commenced against you (and any other relevant third party) by us.
